Tennessee getting to play Clemson in the Orange Bowl is nothing short of awesome. Tennessee fans can be proud and hold our heads high. South Carolina, Alabama, Georgia and all of the other fan bases in the SEC cannot rob us of our joy and reasons to celebrate. For Tennessee to win 10 games this season is a success by any measure. We are aware what of the shortcomings and losses but you cannot rob us of our joy and success.

Sadly the Vols need Utah to win bc Rose Bowl will take Penn State and Buckeyes will get Clemson Vols in Cotton Bowl sucks. I blame Shane Beamer and Spencer Rattler????

Cracks me up when a UK fan squawks and chirps about the Vols after the season they had in Lexington. Most of the UK fans are well informed and gracious and good folks. As for the others, keep up with the funny stuff.

CFP will rank Bama ahead based on Hooker being injured and South Carolina blowout. GWhite and Classof 98 are 2 fellas that like to stir the pot and they both crack me up

Unfortunately Bama will get the Sugar Bowl. I don’t agree. They don’t have a win vs a top 15 opponent. Vols have a better resume. Probably the Orange Bowl. Wish the committee would do the right thing and move Vols in front of Bama. Vol Nation would buy a ton of tickets for Sugar Bowl. Great season. Things looking brighter n Knoxville.

As a Tennessee fan who recognizes that the Vols had one of the biggest choke jobs for any team as a 22 point favorite, I’m just rooting for carnage and mayhem and for everyone to lose ( As someone with a MA in Psycholgy I recognize that I’m just projecting my own pain and sorrow onto the entirety of college football) Go Vols

If USC beats UCLA, Notre Dame and Utah/Oregon at the end the committee could let USC in with a lesser SOS but a conference championship.( As a Vol fan I hope not) USC has a Heisman candidate a QB, 3 stud WRS and a terrible defense...sound familiar

LSU wins the SECCG and they are in imho. They deserve it. Beating the number one team in the country and Alabama are more than enough. I certainly recognize the Tennessee beat the brakes off of them in Baton Rouge but the committee will put LSU in. I think it’s the right decision. That being said, I don’t expect LSU to be Georgia unless they are +3 and turnovers.

I love me some EightTitles. No matter how much UK sucks at football he can find time and try to rain on the Vols parade. Tennessee may or may not get a rematch. We will see. Darryl on Paul Finebaum ( diehard UGA fan and a knowledgeable about football and the SEC) Tuesday said “ I don’t want to play Tennessee again on a neutral field. “ Georgia was slaughtered by Bama in the SECCG. Georgia beat Bama without there top 2 WRs and finally won a natty in the rematch. What’s the point? Any reasonable fan knows the outcome of a previous game DOES NOT GUARANTEE the same outcome. At least be reasonable

Ohio State would be undefeated with a win over #3 Michigan and a Big10 title. Honestly, Ohio State's QB and WRs are just as good as Vols. Lastly they have a significantly better defense I would expect them to be about a 6 pt favorite I could be completely wrong I do not care if we play UGA or Ohio State...bring it on!

If TCU or USC lose the Vols have shot at the #3 seed in the CFP and would have to beat Ohio State before even thinking about UGA. Both would be tall task and Vols would be underdogs in both.

Georgia doesn’t have a chance to beat Bama after how badly they were beaten in the SEC Championships. Saban and Bryce Young are just too good. Stetson Bennett can’t get it done against Alabama. Georgia just chokes in the big games. Not saying Vols will win if they get a rematch. Georgia should know that the first game and second game often turn out different.

Question: Who is the only team in the top 10 with a top 10 Strength of Schedule? Answer: The University of Tennessee with the #3 SOS At least the CFP committee cares
