Should Alabama have made the Playoff? College football fans weigh in
One of the most interesting developments of the college football postseason was the Alabama Crimson Tide not making the College Football Playoff.
There were mixed opinions on that, though it was clear to see that Alabama had been outperformed by some programs that had a better bid for the postseason contests — like TCU.
Several college football fans have weighed in on Alabama not making it into the postseason, with multiple people on both sides of the argument. Based on standout quarterback Bryce Young’s standout performance, it’s easy to see why some would see a case for Alabama to have originally made the playoff.

That was my point, I do not think Tennessee should be in the playoff but I do think they should be in the playoff over Alabama if that was the argument lol if people are saying Alabama should’ve been in the CFP then they have to say Tennessee does as well even though either don’t

I really want TCU to win. But I also want Michigan to win and then blow the doors off Georgia in the national title game. Or Ohio State (again). Either way, this is a fun CFP because of the possible outcomes and not Alabama playing in either game.

You think Alabama deserved to be the first two-loss team to ever make the playoff? They play a non-existent non-conference schedule and have two losses. I understand the difficulty of the SEC, but they lost at wrong time.

Alabama will look to bounce back and return to the postseason mix next year.
