Will Levis will unsurprisingly enter the 2023 NFL Draft, he said on Wednesday.

Levis was thought of as one of the top quarterback prospects heading into the 2022 season, thanks to a 2021 campaign where he threw for 2,826 yards and 24 touchdowns despite 13 interceptions after transferring in from Penn State. But his stock fell dramatically in 2022 as he threw for 2,406 yards, 19 touchdowns, and 10 interceptions, drawing criticism for his decision-making at times. He also suffered behind poor offensive line play as Kentucky’s front 5 allowed an SEC-worst 43 sacks.

The Wildcats now await their bowl selection on Sunday after a massively disappointing 7-5 record that saw them suffer a pair of frustrating losses to South Carolina and Vanderbilt. Per Kentucky Sports Radio’s Jack Pilgrim, Levis stated that his decision for the postseason is “coming soon”.

We’ll see if Levis ultimately packs it in for preparation for the draft or if he steps on the field for 1 final time in a Wildcats uniform.
