Treylon Burks scored the 1st touchdown of his NFL career as the Tennessee Titans hosted the Cincinnati Bengals on Sunday. He’ll have Derrick Henry to thank for it — in a sense.

It all started with 3-and-a-half minutes played in the 2nd quarter and the ball at the Titans’ 25-yard line. Ryan Tannehill faked a handoff to Henry, then eventually tossed it to Henry just short of the line of scrimmage.

Then, Henry was off to the races. Or so it appeared. At around the Bengals’ 5-yard line, he lost the football. That’s when Burks got involved as he pounced on the ball in the end zone for his 1st NFL touchdown.

Take a look at the wild sequence below. The rookie from Arkansas was certainly in the right place at the right time:

Burks certainly didn’t imagine that his first career TD would come in this fashion. In any event, how it happened will make for a fun story to tell long after he’s retired from the league.
