Kentucky OLB Jordan Wright has made his decision on whether or not he will play in the Wildcats’ bowl game.

The Wildcats will take on Iowa in the Music City Bowl on Dec. 31. Wright has been an integral part of Kentucky’s defense this season, recording 29 tackles, a sack and an interception on the season.

Kentucky will have Wright for his final game, as he announced Thursday that he will take part in the bowl game before declaring for the 2023 NFL Draft.

“To Big Blue Nation, I want to thank you all for your endless support and I greatly appreciate everything you have done,” Wright said in a Tweet. “You are the best fans ever!”

The Wildcats are looking to cap off a shaky 7-5 season with a win over Iowa. It is the second consecutive season that Kentucky has taken on Iowa in its bowl game. Last year, the Wildcats came out on top 20-17.
