The college football rankings — AP Top 25 and Coaches Poll — will be released Sunday afternoon. The latest College Football Playoff Rankings will be released Tuesday night, and things are going to look a little different.

The top 4 ranked teams — Georgia, Ohio State, Michigan and TCU — all survived close games, but Tennessee wasn’t so fortunate. In fact, South Carolina shockingly destroyed the Vols 63-38 behind Spencer Rattler’s 6 touchdown passes. The Volunteers Playoff hopes are dashed.

The biggest beneficiaries of Tennessee’s loss are LSU and USC. A potential 2-loss LSU SEC Champion makes things very interesting in the Playoff rankings. USC also has new life as a potential 1-loss Pac-12 Champion.

Below is how we think the AP Top 25 will look Sunday afternoon.
