Jordan Domineck, Arkansas DL, announces 2023 season plans
Jordan Domineck looks to be on the move again after a season at Arkansas.
Domineck, who joined the Razorbacks for 2022 after 4 seasons at Georgia Tech, announced Monday that he is entering the NCAA transfer portal again. Domineck said he arrived at the decision after a “multitude of tough, but candid conversations” with coaches and family members.
Please respect my decision. It’s all love for Razorback nation ❤️? #WPS pic.twitter.com/5h1kfHFQJa

Domineck’s Arkansas bio shows he played in all 13 games for the Razorbacks in 2022. He recorded 34 tackles, including 9.5 for loss and 7.5 sacks, with 2 forced fumbles. Domineck had 3 tackles, including a sack, in the Razorbacks’ Liberty Bowl win over Kansas.
At Georgia Tech, Domineck played in 31 games over 4 seasons, making 15 starts from 2019-21 after redshirting in 2018. The NCAA’s COVID-19 waiver for the 2020 season allows Domineck to play in 2023 as a sixth-year senior.
He was a pleasant surprise this year. This one stings.
The grass isn’t always greener. Remember that Woods kid that went to OU?! I’d be surprised if he generates those numbers elsewhere..
This one has tampering written all over it. I’d be willing to bet money that he was contacted by someone representing another university with a nice NIL offer
This young man was a contributor and hate to see him leave. But word and commitment will always follow his football career .
Man oh man. It’s like an avalanche up there. It started, picked up steam and just keeps getting bigger. Don’t know what’s going on or happened but the portal can make you, TCU, or break you, Arkansas. I guess a lot of freshmen will be starters next season, or find some warm bodies in what’s left of the portal.
Oh I know! It’s just getting worse but fans would have you believe that these players were not major contributors or starters and that they have better players coming in to replace them. That’s simply not true. Looks to be a rough year for Arkansas next season.
