Chris Parson, 4-star 2023 QB, announces SEC commitment
Chris Parson is headed to Starkvegas. The Elite 11 quarterback out of Ravenwood in Brentwood, Tennessee announced his commitment to play for Mike Leach’s Mississippi State program.

Parson is listed at over 6-feet tall and 200 pounds. On the 247Sports composite rankings, Parson is rated 4-stars, the No. 10 Tennessee product, No. 19 quarterback and No. 347 prospect overall in the class of 2023.
During his recruitment, Parson has picked up scholarship offers from 23 schools. Parson was committed to Florida State for almost a year. On July 12, however, Parson backed off his pledge to the Seminoles. For the latest commitment, Parson narrowed his options down to Mississippi State, SMU, TCU and Virginia Tech.
