Texas A&M is reportedly considering Southern Cal receivers coach Luke Huard as its next offensive coordinator, according to Brent Zwerneman of the Houston Chronicle.

Huard was formally at Texas A&M from 2019 to 2021 as an offense analyst before taking the job at USC.

Fisher fired former offensive coordinator Darrell Dickey after a disappointing 5-7 season for the Aggies. He reportedly offered current TCU offensive coordinator Garrett Riley the offensive coordinator job, but Riley turned it down.

Huard originally joined USC as an offensive analyst, but took over as interim wide receivers coach before the start of the season. He played at North Carolina for three seasons before a shoulder injury ended his career.

There doesn’t seem to be much of a pursuit yet as Texas A&M continues to play the long game, but Huard could be a big pick up for the Aggies, who are in desperate need of a change to revamp their program.
