Mike White and the Georgia men’s basketball team have apparently seen a player depart the program just 12 games into the season and with just 1 game to go until SEC play begins.

KyeRon Lindsey was the lone high school signee for the Bulldogs in the 2022 cycle, with the No 18 power forward in the country flipping his commitment to Georgia less than 2 weeks after originally pledging to play at UNLV. According to Stadium college basketball analyst Jeff Goodman, though, Lindsey is set to transfer.

The 6-foot-7 North Texas product was last on the court for the Bulldogs’ contest against Notre Dame, where he scored 4 points and collected 3 rebounds in 10 minutes. His best outing was a start on Nov. 14 against Miami (Oh.) as he registered a double-double with 14 points and 10 rebounds. However, he didn’t appear in the Bulldogs’ 72-65 win over Chattanooga on Wednesday. All told, Lindsey averaged 6.2 points and 5.2 rebounds a game, playing 10 times and starting twice.

Georgia is now 9-3. It wraps up non-conference play against Rider on Dec. 28 at Stegeman Coliseum.
