Paul Finebaum believes it's a long shot that TCU will beat Georgia on Monday
Paul Finebaum isn’t going to take any chances with his prediction for Monday night’s College Football Playoff championship game between TCU and Georgia.
He expects the Bulldogs to win and win comfortably. Finebaum was a guest on Max Kellerman’s “This Just In” show.
‘[TCU] would need Stetson Bennett to have a bad game,” Finebaum said. “Also. on the other side, Max Duggan, the quarterback for TCU is going to have go to work on what C.J. Stroud did and torch the Georgia secondary. But having said all that, it’s still a long shot.”
Georgia will be looking to become the first team to go back-to-back during the short history of the College Football Playoff.
Finebaum went on to say that if the Bulldogs can pull off another CFP win, they would pass Alabama has the top program in college football.
“Alabama has won one national title in the past five years, Finebaum said. “I know that’s great for most programs, it’s not great for Nick Saban.
“Kirby Smart with two would definitely put his stamp on college football.”

I agree. Georgia should win by 2 or 3 scores. That’s winning comfortably.
Worlds are colliding. I agree with Finebaum.
Everybody agreed with Ad0lf H1tler that the trains should run on time …
Or to be more recent – with Uncle Joe that ice cream is good
One loved his people….
The other hates his people….
Just saying
If UGA can pound the ball to the tune of 5-7 ypc while not falling behind score wise then UGA has the game in the bag
Get into another shoot-out ie 2nd half of SECCG or first 3 quarters of the Peach Bowl then it’s going to be another nerve racking game
I’d love to see that UGA offense that played Oregon one more time
UGA got the easiest opponent for a NCG since Alabama got Notre Dame in 2012/2013.
Gonna have to agree to disagree on this one.
Why does anyone care what Finebaum thinks?
His opinion is no more significant than yours or mine.
IWhy do people think he is special?
