Oscar Tshiebwe and Julius Marble have been going back and forth all afternoon long during Saturday’s game between Texas A&M and Kentucky. Tensions finally boiled over a bit at one point in the second half.
Though not originally called live during the game, Tshiebwe eventually received a flagrant foul after a review of one incident. After getting tangled up with Marble while running down the court, Tshiebwe delivered an elbow that caught Marble around the chin.
Shortly after that incident, Marble fouled Tshiebwe hard on a play. Marble would be flagged for a technical foul for shoving Tshiebwe out of bounds.
With that game heading to 8 minutes remaining in the second half, Kentucky has clawed ahead for a 56-53 lead. It’s shaping up to be a dramatic — and chippy — finish in Rupp Arena.

Oscar should have been tossed as that elbow was a deliberate flagrant foul. That was out of character for him. I guess he got caught up in the moment.
This is why football is so much better. Instead of this pearl clutching over a discreet elbow, it's actually encouraged that you slam into the man across from you as hard as you physically can and drive his @$$ into the turf.
