From Leesburg, Georgia, Willis was a blue-chip prospect out of Lee County High School. On the 247Sports composite rankings, Willis was rated 4-stars, the No. 19 edge defender, No. 21 Peach State recruit and No. 189 prospect overall nationally in the class of 2022. He signed with Ole Miss over offers from 27 other schools, including Arkansas, Florida State and Georgia Tech.
Willis will have all 4 seasons of eligibility remaining at South Carolina. At Ole Miss, he made just 1 appearance, which allows him to take a redshirt for the 2022 season. Willis played in the Central Arkansas game, but did not record any defensive statistics.
Welcome Home. Looking forward to seeing what this guy can do.
GO COCKS!
I wonder how long all these recruits will stay after Beamer goes to Michigan.
I wonder how long it will take for your psychotropics to kick in?
Hard an odd selection of schools. If I were Beamer and thinking about leaving I would go to Univ Hawaii. At least make your selection a cool place.
