Auburn hoops could return 2 key players from injury vs. Winthrop, per report
Auburn has had a bit of a slow start to the season, but is still undefeated with good wins over George Mason and South Florida despite being down 2 key players.
Morehead State transfer Johni Broome played both prior games for Auburn and is likely to play with an ankle injury. Top 50 freshman Chance Westry has not yet made an appearance for the Tigers this season, but have a chance to Tuesday night when Bruce Pearl’s squad takes on Winthrop.
According to Jon Rothstein, Broome will be available and Westry “has a chance” to play.

Broome was an uber-talented forward with Morehead State last season, a strong mid-major program that fell to Murray State in the OVC.
