If I were making $1.5 million, I am not sure that any offer could make me move 2,500 miles.
"There’s potential for Kiffin to be the best coach that Ole Miss has ever had". No, not really. He is fine but he is so astronomically far removed from the best Ole Miss coach ever that there is no way he'll get there.
Jeff Lebby went to school at Oklahoma. I can't imagine anyone prying him from there.
Actually, the players "sitting on your bench" can hurt you a great bit. However, I believe that with just one scholarship QB on the roster and the inability to sign a HS QB, Kiffin went to the portal and tried for the best QBs available and just managed to hook into two of his targets.
I concur. I don't think that there is a clear favorite here. If I were making the selection and had to make it today on resume, I would select Dart. However, most fortunately for all involved: 1) I am not involved in the selection 2) a decision does not need to be made based on resume nor does it need to be made today. Spring camp and fall camp are available for the QB whisperers to figure it out. By the way, I believe Sanders when he says that he has not been promised a starting position. I believe that all three will get a chance to show what they have, and I have confidence in the staff to select the best based on what they see.
Dart has a higher completion percentage, higher efficiency rating, more yards per pass and more yards per rush (on more rushes even) than Sanders.
“You statyed it”? What are you, 4 years old? I remember when my kids would say that but they grew out of it by six. Anyway, I read miss state articles because I care about SEC football and I don’t recall seeing much if any ole miss fan comments there disparaging state, so I am not sure why even a four year old would whine “ you started it”
There is nothing “softer” than trolls like you and your buddies
Why does miss state have an inordinate number of trolls on here? Do they offer corses in trolling or something?
Probably just a compliment but I guess that we'll never really know.
This Rebel wishes a speedy recovery to Coach Leach and peace and comfort for his family
I assume that you're predicting a big bowl game for Judkins (or maybe you transposed some numbers) as he has 1,476 rushing yards at this point.
Interesting. Two running backs on your all-SEC team yet you leave the best running back in the SEC out.
I don't remember them saying any such thing in the 1960's. However, they did say it in the 1980's and finally got him to retire when he went 3-3 in the SEC (at a younger age than Saban is now).
the Texas bowl has a bigger payout than the Music City, so there's that.
Auburn is lucky it’s not baseball. Three strikes and you’re out
He lost his kids once, wasn’t going to let it happen
Exactly what I predicted from the beginning. It was all about this second chance at being a dad that he’s been given. His kids have adjusted to Oxford and didn’t want to start over.
If you are saying that no one is irreplaceable, then I agree
The job will not be offered to him because he has told Auburn that he will not accept if offered.
Ole miss’s season wasn’t “supposed to be special “. Most pundits has us taking a big step backwards with the loss of Corral and others. We had to completely rebuild our team. You are the ones touted as having the most returning production in the country
Both defenses played lights out and didn’t let the other offense do what they wanted. Ultimately, the game was lost due to dropped balls by wide open ole miss receivers, ironically mostly before the rain even started.
So because a Miss State homer started rumors, you decided to cheer for state. I would like to understand the logic in that.
He didn’t say that he would “ultimately “ leave ole Miss for Auburn. He said that he would do it Friday.
