Mizzou was active in the transfer portal last offseason, completely reshaping its defense and turning the unit into a solid and productive group.

Already this offseason, the Tigers are landing some players in the portal, most recently at the defensive end position.

As you can see below, former Northwestern DL Austin Firestone, a 3-star member of the Wildcats’ 2022 recruiting class, announced on Twitter that he was committing to Eli Drinkwitz and the Tigers:

The native of Niceville, Florida, was the No. 67 defensive lineman in the class of 2022 and the No. 68 overall recruit from the state of Florida, per the 247Sports composite rankings.
