It’s been a tough Wednesday for the Alabama receiving corps.

Earlier in the day, the Tide’s Christian Leary announced that he was entering the NCAA’s transfer portal.

Leary will be joined by Traeshon Holden, who announced his decision via Twitter on Wednesday afternoon.

Holden had a productive season for Alabama.

The 6-3, 214-pounder caught 25 passes for 331 yards and 6 touchdowns during his junior season, including a 27-yard TD reception in Saturday’s Iron Bowl win over rival Auburn.

Holden came to Alabama has a heralded recruit.

He was rated as a 4-star prospect and the No. 235 overall recruit in the 2020 class by the 247Sports composite.

Holden picked Alabama over offers from the likes of LSU, Florida, Kentucky, Florida State, and Oregon.
