Our new DC wanted him to play more of the JACK position and he wanted to play the traditional End spot. He would have had a much better chance of getting drafted in the JACK role that Sanders played, but we’ll reload and be fine.

With Criswell and Singleton coming in, he never had a chance, he’s not built for our offense. Good luck to him though, humility is a very beneficial life skill

David Bazzel created that rivalry out of his keester, that’s for sure. I grew up in AR, live in AR but graduated from Mizzou and nobody cares. Mizzou’s rival is Kansas, the Hogs is LSU until Texass joins the SEC and that’s just what it is.

Great article, Connor. He’s always introspective and open in his interviews, which I respect. I don’t think people understand how much it weighs on anybody, much less a kid, to live up to really high expectations sometimes. I’m glad he’s a Hog, he brings a lot to our culture as a program.
