Ole Miss lands commitment from All-CUSA offensive lineman
Ole Miss landed a big pick up for its offensive line.
Quincy McGee, a lineman from UAB, committed to transfer to Ole Miss. McGee will be returning to his home state as he is from Hattiesburg, Mississippi.
Before his time at UAB, McGee played for Mississippi Gulf Coast Community College, where he helped lead the team to a national championship.
As a prospect, McGee was a 3-star player, according to the 247Sports’ composite rankings and was the No. 2 interior offensive lineman in the country.
McGee joins Ole Miss looking to help the Rebels get over the hump. Ole Miss is coming off an 8-5 season where it dropped its bowl game to Texas Tech.
Head coach Lane Kiffin has had some success in the transfer portal, with McGee being the most recent addition.
