Could Mac Jones be in for a slide tonight in the 2021 NFL Draft?

That remains to be seen, but it is noteworthy that the Alabama quarterback is no longer currently the betting favorite to be selected No. 3 overall by the San Francisco 49ers, according to FanDuel online sportsbook.

Jones had been the betting favorite to go No. 3 for some time, but that recently changed as North Dakota State’s Trey Lance is now listed as a -160 betting favorite to be selected by the 49ers. Jones is currently listed at +130 to go No. 3.

The timing of the flip is also interesting, as we are only a few hours away from finding out who will ultimately be selected by the 49ers with the No. 3 pick in the draft.

The 2021 NFL Draft begins Thursday night from Cleveland at 8 p.m. ET and runs through Saturday, May 1.
