Jamali, I have no issues with you thinking Hooker should have been there, I was surprised he was not invited but that was up to the voters. But you say Old man Stetson would say “ I rode the coattails of my teammates”. Serious question, do you not think that Jalen Hyatt, one of Hendon’s teammates, contributed to Hookers success and numbers? Would he have the same numbers with a less talented teammate, because Hyatt is a good player and probably a good person to play with if your going ride coattails. Not taking a shot or anything, because Hooker and Hyatt are both great platers. Serious question. No matter who wins the Heisman, you don’t do it alone.

Serious questions for LSU fans 1) What is Kelly thinking going for 2? Not much difference between cutting lead to 14 or 13. But he was going to force them to go for 2 next time, if they scored 2) And my other thought was, is he going to let Daniels keep getting beat up? Probably a tougher decision but I was thinking he might have been pulled to salvage for next week? Not taking shots, just curious what thought was from LSU fan perspective?

DanJSum - Let me first state that I do not have strong feelings one way or the other as far as leaving/staying in Jacksonville. But let me give you a hypothetical scenario. If Birmingham had an NFL team (not USFL) and Bama and Tenn played a neutral site game there every single year, would you or other Vols fans be good with that? Now, it does not happen so I would expect many to say that they would have no issue but if you have some skin (or fandom) involved in game, that might produce a different thought process. Like I say I don’t really care one way or another as I have had many good times in Jacksonville. But I certainly understand the recruiting aspect. Thank goodness the Vols have stepped up this year to at least give UGA one good home game environment for recruitment. And before all the “yea, those recruits are gonna see UGA lose”, I realize that is always possible, but you get my point.

You are fascinated with that Mizzou game as you frequently reference in your posts. Do you watch it every night to go to sleep?

DGD82, I agree. I think that Kirby and Co. wanting to help him personally is great and I hope he gets whatever help is needed. But at this point, just call it what it is. If he does not plan in suiting up or coaches do not plan to suit him up, let’s move on from a football standpoint.
