UGA played 2 close games, Bama lost 2 games and played in 6-7. I'd agree no one wanted play Bama if its based solely on recruiting rankings, but the actual games told a different story.

Hard to argue with Pollack after back-to-back and what is coming back next season. Like the others, Bama lost 2 games and the 1 1-loss team, Michigan, lost to a bad TCU team from whistle to whistle. UGA had 2 close games all season and were the clear class of college football this year.

I actually agree with Saban. Back your team unabashedly, that's what a coach does. Look at life through Crimson colored glasses. If he did it as an analyst, I'd have serious reservations about his integrity and professionalism, but he's a coach who backs his team and there is nothing wrong with that.
