His passing efficiency rating is 51st in the nation. I'd not classify that as "one of the best".
It wasn't a SDS writer that said it. It was "Tom Curran of NBC Sports".
Georgia is not "the next level" up from TCU. There are a few "levels" between them.
Opinions are neither right nor wrong. They are opinions.
Tennessee beat Alabama in Knoxville in a game that wasn't decided until the very end. Michigan beat OSU in Columbus in a blowout. Not comparable.
I have no clue who Mike Tannenbaum is, but I am pretty sure that he isn't the GM for the bears so why should I care what he thinks about the bears' draft picks?
Confirmed by whom? The few articles I can find say that he is a candidate. I can’t find any article where State or Bobo denies his candidacy.
In any profession, if someone has multiple parties competing for their services, if they have half a brain, they will work to leverage that competition for services in order to get more money.
More like a step down. Arkansas has more fan support and considerably more revenue than Miss State. Perhaps he has relatives near Starkville or something. More than likely, this sounds like a Steve Robertson rumor. He floats ridiculous rumors which are rarely accurate and on that rare occasion where something turns out the way he said, he beats his chest and makes sure that you know that he said it first. Kind of like the southern weatherman predicting snow every winter and occasionally getting it right.
Football was much more enjoyable when there was something called “defense”
I am confused. What does this have to do with the Georgia Bulldogs?
3 Omaha is somewhat centrally located. The Rose Bowl is a very long trip for the teams most likely to be there
but those reports are unsubstantiated and from an idiotic rumormonger so let's not give them credence that they don't deserve.
Sorry. It posted in the wrong place. I meant to putit below the poster making the claim that a coach or coaches are trying to illegally recruit players not in the portal.
Don’t make accusations like that unless you can back them up.
Parents complaining about playing time is a serious red flag.
I realize that we only hear one side in the matter, which is why I said "if Leach actually told him that he’s glad that he’s leaving, then that’s bad on Leach". It actually unfortunately sounds very much like something Leach would say but there is no independent verification that he actually said it which is why I qualified my statement. I guarantee you that other coaches will use it when they are talking to recruits and their families.
It sounds like something a petulant four-year-old would say. Player "coach, I'm entering the transfer portal" coach "I'm glad you're leaving, you aren't tough" might as well throw in "nyah nyah nyah" The coach is supposed to be the adult in the equation.
It is bad that the young man said that in his announcement, but if Leach actually told him that he's glad that he's leaving, then that's bad on Leach as well.
Rested Judkins and Evans vs the number 90 run defense in the nation... hmmm. I wonder what the record for rushing yards in the Texas Bowl is.
I have a feeling that the verb "to snub" doesn't mean what some people seem to think it means.
So should I do like you and just come on here and call people names for daring to disagree with me?
I predict that Ashford does not start a single game under Freeze. Freeze will probably go after the top few QBs that show up in the portal.
Colorado has Ralphie. Seriously, if I were choosing among those three and choosing based solely on how much I want to live in each location, Colorado would win hands down.
