Ah yes, no argument so move on to another sport. Tennessee has had far more succes in football than in basketball.
Would be one thing if Stet was still with Georgia and playing next year, but he is training for the combine now.
I agree on the car accident, although there wasn't a player driving. As far as Stet, he is no longer with the program, so not sure how that is relevant to the ones on the team now.
I think it is safe to say we are all praying for your soul.
That is for sure! Fact is, you could go to downtown Athens on a Thursday night and arrest 10,000 people for public intoxication if you wanted to.
Come on, the guy is gone from Georgia and celebrated a little too hard on a Saturday night. He wasn't driving, didn't shoot anyone, didn't beat up anyone. I mean, seriously?
Fans of other teams chomping at the bit to jump on any negative news about Georgia. Sure is nice being at the top. Drunk in public...before y'all attack, look in the mirror and think about what you did in your 20s.
What about Walk Ons out of Louisiana? Started by two LSU basketball walk ons.
One other player, Warren McClendon, was in the car and sustained minor injuries. Another staffer was in the car and she sustained serious injuries. Before asking questions, let us mourn the tragic losses and pray for the injured. Answers can come later.
And my freshman year, while I was moving in and lugging my furniture up the 3 flights in Lipscomb Hall (no elevator) while the B-52s with Stipe were playing a free concert right next door at Legion Field. Good times.
I am probably biased, and I do love Tom Petty, but when I was a student we would be at the 40 Watt in Athens, the doors would suddenly close, the stage would light up and REM would come out and give a free concert. How can you beat that?
And because Bennett was never an All American, he can never be in the CFB Hall of Fame. Lunacy. 4 Time MVP in CFP games.
Wow, you should be making millions as a head coach and not spending your time on these boards. You are truly a genius.
Does Georgia have holes? Yes, especially in the secondary. Is Ohio State an elite passing team? Yes again. Let's not make TCU sound like a juggernaut though. They are a really good team, but needed two pick sixes, a horrible 4th and goal call, and a reversal of a touch down call (and subsequent fumble), to win by 6. Michigan gave that game away. Again, not saying TCU isn't really good, but they are ranked 65th in scoring defense for a reason. Matt Hayes made them sound like the second coming of those old Bama defenses.
If someone couldn't care less, wouldn't that mean that person really cares?
I didn't expect Florida to win, but I thought they would fight harder to build momentum for the off-season. They looked like they didn't want to be there. Didn't the announcers say Florida had like 7 yards of total offense in the 2nd and 3rd quarters?
I don't win or lose when Georgia plays. I am not on the team, just a graduate of the school.
So saying Stet was going to be a sanitation maintenance city worker wasn't meant as an insult?
Gwhite. You were the one saying if you take two ayers off of UGA they wouldn't even have gotten the field goal against Oregon. I disputed that and somehow you turned it into me dissing Florida and why everyone hates Georgia. Newsflash, YOU are why everyone on this site other than TN fans hope TN loses every game they play.
Not piling on. Could give half a rip about a Las Vegas Bowl where half of the Florida team was gone. I am just saying Georgia has more depth than Florida this year. Old man.
