Alabama hosts son of legendary NFL RB for Junior Day on campus
Alabama hosted its Junior Day over the weekend, with players from the 2025 recruiting class visiting Tuscaloosa and spending some time on campus.
One player who attended was the son of an NFL legend and Hall of Famer.
Per Hank South of 247Sports, Alabama hosted Jerome Bettis Jr., son of the former Pittsburgh Steelers running back:

Jerome Bettis Jr. likely won’t be getting the nickname of “The Bus” like his father, as he’s a 6-2, 175-pound receiver instead of a powerful running back.
Bettis plays for Woodward Academy in Atlanta. He has yet to be rated by the major recruiting services, but it’s a good sign for his future that a team like Alabama is taking an interest in him.
I grew up across street from Woodward academy. It used to be Georgia Military Academy. Great athletic and academic programs. My sister graduated from there along side dignitaries kids like daughter of Andrew Young. Gotta be rich to go there. My parents sacrificed almost everything for sis to go there. I did get to bang one of her friends.
I remember the Georgia Military Academy(known for it’s excellent academic reputation). Congrats on the time spent with your sister’s friend.
The GMC is still a thing. They have one in Milledgeville, GA
That’s a college. GMA was high school.
You’re Right!! There is a GMC high school in Milledgeville.
Use to see all those rich kids on MARTA headed for some field trip somewhere.
You are a pig. Georgia deserves to be represented by someone with class. RTR !!!
This guy right here is the REAL MVP.
