No matter the circumstances or purpose of their excursion, it still was a tragic accident and my heart goes out to the families and all Georgia fans.
I, too, am disappointed in Arkansas. I suspect Muss is disappointed in his team's performance to date too. But I still believe in Muss (and hope he is not poached by Texas). Reports are that NSJ has returned to practice. That's some reason for optimism. If we can just make the Dance, I won't bet against Muss guiding us into the second weekend, I rfor
Best wishes for a swift and smooth return for the former Arkansan Justice Hill, who seems to be a good kid from a good family,
Two things: Bama is awesome, looking like a Final Four team right now (thought of course we all know anything can happen in March), Arkansas at 11 is not wrong based on performance thus far. Hopefully Nick Smith, Jr. returns from knee management and Muss works some of his late-season magic, but neither is a sure thing.
The better team won. and by a margin that fairly reflects its current superiority. It's a fair question as to whether the 45 total fouls were all warranted.
I bet UGAs' lives are just peachy. I confess I don't know much about bulldogs, but what's with the "deformed" claim? I always thought UGA bulldogs were well-formed,
Please Hunter; match whatever they offer for Muss,
I don't know; seems pretty scary for A&M's opponents to me. Petrino is without a doubt a scheming and play-calling genius. His reported disdain for attention to defense won't matter as OC. Jimbo can really recruit (except maybe recently at quarterback). Seems like the Aggies may be a force to be reckoned with.
If Joseph Pinion can play just a little of Muss's man-to-man defense -- like he did tonight -- he will add a whole new dimension to the Razorback offense.
Way to go Vols! You have proven to me you are a force to be reckoned with for years to come.
If KJ can't play (or play well), it's an easy double-digit win for Ole Miss.
Congrats, LSU. Represent the West well.
Hogs will drop some early because of lack of experience and perimeter shooting. I expect we will drop outside top 25 for a while. Muss will have them primed for the tournament, but Sweet 16 doesn't sound wrong.
Stoppings Bigsby will be tough. And we haven't performed well on the Plains in a while. I'm guessing Auburn scores at least 35. But hoping a balanced, ball-controlled Arkansas offense can score 41,
I don't see how we keep up without Jefferson. State by double digits.
Bryce will throw for 350 and 3 TDs. Whether it's close or not will depend on what KJ can do.
One way or the other, I think Ainias Smith is the key. Hold him down and the Hogs win. Turn him loose, and it's a long night in Arlington for Arkansas.
I don't mind where the Hogs are ranked, but I hate to think we're only the seventh-best team in the West.
I take no joy in the Vols' downfall. I remember last year too well.
Wishing the young man a swift and complete recovery.
Got a feeling the Hogs will lose a couple early, and maybe drop out of the top 25, but they will be a tough out come conference season.
