We told you when he came to you that we weren't shedding any tears over the "loss." He left without even telling his players. Not to mention he left the cupboards bare and didn't continue the development of the great O line Coach Schlarmann left him. Sorry you guys are having to deal with him, but our o line is in enough trouble without taking him back!
I can't decide what's more comical--their football articles or the basketball ones.
My favorite Blue Oyster Cult remix, or is it re-Mertz?
O'gara I thought maybe you didn't catch the error in the title of your article about transfer portal "editions" yesterday, even though you went on to commit the same mistake in the body of the article. Then today you do it again in this article when talking about the Ole Miss transfer. So now I think you just don't understand the difference between edition and addition.
Or maybe slack-jawed mouth breathers just don't care about such obvious grammatical errors. Don't whine about anonymity unless your given name is actually Bananabread93, hypocrite.
I'd use the term "professional" loosely. What's hilarious is that not only did he do it in the title, he did it in the body of the story as well.
I'm just a dumb old Kentucky hillbilly, not a mathemetician, but from what I see there are 18 comments on this article not including mine. Seven of the 18 are from Auburn fans, five of the seven from you alone. That means without any help at all you personally are responsible for over 1/4 of all the comments on the article. There are more comments from Auburn fans than Ole Miss fans. Maybe that's why there's the perception that Ole Miss is in your heads?
Really weird that a Georgia fan is defending Clemson.
Hate to break it to you, but your parents set the fire and went into intentionally so they could die and get away from you, simpleton.
The unprofessional name of the firm fits the boorish behavior of the family. Who didn't see this coming?
gwhite I'm not genius, but I imagine they call them "Georgia Power" poles because Georgia Power owns them and set them.
He seems as tough as woodpecker lips, but I guess there's a reason I don't make my living as a "sports expert", because I don't understand why so many pundits are projecting him first round, much less first overall.
Probably as much as you, Ron, which makes his opinion just as valuable. I'll let you try to figure out what that value is.
I'm sure he does, and who can blame him? Hate the player, not the game. It's not Auburn's fault that Mitch Barnfart dragged his feet after NIL was instituted.
volfan they're talking about the low-IQ dullards like you who want to whine about race at the drop of the hat.
hey shmuck, UNC is the school that violated NCAA rules, not UK. Have fun cheering for their lower tier program.
Kirby4Prez you're a sicko thinking that about underage kids...I hope you don't live near a school or playground.
I wish I had been the recipient of the "short end of the deal" when I attended college. Free tuition, free place to stay, tutors, no need for a part-time job, all my equipment paid for....man what a rough life that would be.
Look out everybody, we've got the internet's edgiest tough guy over here!!
It's not easy to beat the same team twice in a year, especially when UK is having a down year and TN is playing good ball.
From the UK website just to refresh my memory: The Joe Craft Center, the $30 million state-of-the-art basketball practice facility, opened in January, 2007. The facility houses the men’s and women’s basketball teams plus many administrative and UK athletics staff offices. In the lower level, the men’s and women’s basketball teams each get their own practice court, locker rooms, video room and lounge. There is also a huge weight room and training room utilized by both programs.
UK does not own Rupp Arena, it's a city facility. So if there is a concert tomorrow night, they may already have chairs on the floor or whatever. UK does have Memorial Coliseum on campus, I believe that's where volleyball and the Lady Cats play, but I guess then it becomes a matter of trying to fit everyone on the schedule. I still don't know what's wrong with the Joe Craft Center though. It has courts for men and women's basketball, and is not old at all. It was built in '07.
By the way, editors, I didn't read the article, so don't break your arm patting yourself on the back.
What part of "Down South" involves the Big 10?
No one cares about you or your hero LBJ. Go sell crazy somewhere else. We have enough simpletons around here already.
There is no program that is not a step down. UK is the top of the food chain but Calipari is doing everything possible to ruin the legacy.
Lots of rich people in Texas who could make sure you get a real nice salary, Cal, and you'd be a lot closer to the California fruitcakes that are more your speed.
