Super Bowl rosters set: Here's every former SEC player who will play for Eagles, Chiefs in Super Bowl
Super Bowl rosters are set.
The SEC is well-represented in this year’s Super Bowl. In total, there are 29 players from the Philadelphia Eagles and the Kansas City Chiefs who will play for the Super Bowl next month.
That total includes players who are on practice squad and injured reserve. Amongst active players, the total for the SEC is 21 players.

No matter what, two state bulldogs are getting a ring. I’m thinking philly in this one, two UGA rookies will have rings, too if that happens. You take slay, suh, fletcher (FIX YOUR GD MODERATION) and Reddik off philly, the age of that team drops sharply. Of course, for now, so does that defense.

22nd consecutive year a Dawg is in the SB. Leads the country, along with LSU (although Helaire is inactive). All-time record is 26 by Nebraska.
Haven’t seen a stat for NC/SB rings in consecutive years, but I imagine it’s pretty slim.
I could care less for either team, but I will be pulling for the Chiefs since they do have an LSU player (Edwards-Helaire).
Bengals got hosed in some ways, yet it was a bonehead play by Ossai hitting Mahomes out of bounds or it would be the Bengals heading to Arizona.
